Title: Dill and Nastrutium Bud Vinegar

Yield: 1 Servings

1qtWhite vinegar
1tbNasturtium buds
1 Sprig fresh dill

Bring 1 quart white vinegar to a boil. Place 1 tablespoon nasturtium buds and a sprig of fresh dill in a crock or stainless steel or enamel pot and pour the boiling vinegar over them. Cover and allow to steep for 1 week. Then boil again briefly and filter while hot into a hot, scalded quart bottle. Cap or cork tightly. Yield: 1 quart
